It really is amazing that mushrooms are now being recognized in the world of medicine. Even before, it was widely used in parts of Asia. Eating healthy mushrooms, like Shiitake, which encourages body tissues to absorb cholesterol, and the Enoki mushrooms, which helps boost the immune system, helps maintain and improve health, just stay away from the poisonous ones.

Mushrooms are how we recycle in the cycles of life, live long and recycle.
The active element among many in tree mushrooms is sulfur, any way you get it seems to work just fine.
